Sorry guys for not posting as often. I’ve been very busy with a couple of projects that i got assigned at work. I was thinking about updated and reading up so that i can post on this blog, but i decided to just enjoy my weekend. I spent the entire weekend not doing anything productive. Let me tell you that it feels great. I am not stressed for concerned about anything. I feel refreshed and free to get my week started on the right track. And it’s working because i had a great day at work. I think a lot of people are overworked. People need to take a time out every once in a while.
If you feel stressed and unmotivated, you really should stop doing what you’re doing. Take some time to focus on yourself. Go watch a movie or go out on a hot date. Get a few drinks and hang out with your loser friends. Buy some useless and over priced things for yourself. It’s important to break out of the routine and enjoy yourself.
I just talked about the beauty of Apple’s mac computers. Now i should focus on other PC makers. As far as design is concerned, Sony is great with design. Usually, PC makers fall short when it comes to design. Look at Dell and Toshiba. Just gross! But, Sony still tries to compete in the design department with Apple. They don’t come close, but at least they are trying. I think most PC makers don’t understand how important design is. I know there are tech nerds who just want a super processor and a lot of ram, but normal folks want things that are shinny and pretty. Guys, take a note from Sony and start focusing on some design. If you still want to hold the majority share in the computer industry, work on the design.
Inspiration. Frank Gehry is one of the most famous designing living today. He has managed to build projects that seem to defy gravity. His works go beyond architecture. He designed furniture and jewelry. Frank Gehry is a man of many talents and his visions of the world inspire many.
Cardboard-boxes. His use of cardboard to make functional furniture was revolutionary. The chairs are works of art.
Curvy-lines. The shapes and curves are sexy and clean.
Collection. His jewelery collection at Tiffany are pure heaven. I loved them so much, i had to buy them for my wedding.
During Design Week in Milan, Zaha Hadid created a futuristic kitchen setting out of DuPont Corian. The Z-Island Kitchen included two main units, one associated with “fire,” which housed the cooktop, and one associated with “water,” which had the sink and dishrack. In addition to these fairly basic functions, the “sensory- responsive kitchen environment” had multimedia sound and video equipment embedded into the islands, all of which could be controlled with a central touch panel. The modular wall storage featured a coating that gave it “advanced sound and light diffusion capabilities” to enhance the overall experience of being in the room
This Z-Island Kitchen seems cool but too futuristic to me. too white. it seems it will be perfectly fits in movie called ” The Island” by the way i never liked the movie. actually the movie sucks….
Zaha Hadid designed objects like art piece. I love Her Flat ware. I don’t think i can use that siverware for daily meal. Look too high class to me…^^ i love crevasse vase tho. The side view of Crevasse Vase is beutiful. ( sorry about i don’t have the sideview picture here -,.-) very simple but very elegant.
about the chandelier…..hmm….very like zaha hadid style… it is cool that the color of chandelier changes.
First time I saw this swiming pool in the magazine i was amazed by the design.
This swiming pool is such a simple design but very unique. I think it is very well designed. The Ocean horizon in the background and the swiming pool not only go well together but also the two different layers of water gives me an amazing feeling. It is beutiful. I love this design.
Also very nice photography. The shot with a little girl in the swiming pool creates a more unique feeling. - The photographer is Roberto Huarcaya-
